[CW] Interesting (?) Beacon...any ideas?

I listened this morning (June 6 at 1130Z) and didn't hear the one
on 10106 but the one on 10125 was loud and CLICKY. He was sending
five letter groups. I've never hear this before but I've never listened
on 30 at this time of day either (QTH Indianapolis). RX is a Corsair.
