[[CW] Interesting (?) Beacon...any ideas?]

Well, this took a little digging, but the "mystery prosign" is the semicolon
(;) sent _._._.
Very strange, maybe they were really wanting the slant bar _.._. which would
then make the message "9/11 GOOD RIDANCE OATH OF DEATH/"
And I thought CW was free of this kind of stuff....

Perhaps the sender means "9/11" instead of "9KR11". Were you able to get a
bearing on the signal?
