[CW] KPH/Navy transmission tomorrow?

I have asked Dick Dillman if this is true.

I found this page on the Internet:

Possible Historic DX Opportunity June 1st
Two coastal stations may be active at once. Richard Dillman of the
Maritime Radio Historical Society reports that the US Coast Guard is
retiring the rank of Radioman this year, and may mark the occasion on June 1
with transmissions from NMC, north of San Francisco. Confirmation has not
yet been received here, but listeners in the region may want to keep a watch
on 500 kHz for word of scheduled transmissions on other MF and HF channels.
In addition, Dillman says the Historical Society may attempt to
operate former coastal station KPH on the same day, providing one last
opportunity to hear two coastal telegraphy stations on the air at the same
time.
More details if or when they become available.

I don't know if it is true or not.
