[CW] RSGB takes stand

   Hi All,

   It appears that the RSGB had taken a stand without much to do.

   1 license class, all frequencies available. 
   
   One more reason to work for protected and enforced cw only bands,
   and maintaining the cw allowed everywhere else regulation.
