Darryl, you may be right about the >5 wpm issue.  In fact I am sure you are
at this point. But that would be my preference, and if at worst the decision
is only 5 wpm then at least we get that.  Right now, we are months or a year
or more away from any actions.  So, it is good for us to all exchange ideas
on this.
