[CW] CW use on bands - modest proposal

Bob thanks for the update - had not really seen much on the FISTS group and
it seems that it is close to what I was thinking. The website seems
somewhat bureaucratic - membership fees, etc but that is probably what it
takes.
Also thanks for the calling frequencies -
I will take a good look at FISTS and see about joining -
Anything to get me back on CW QSO's and away from the internet.
