[CW] Bad things

The CW bands will be fine, I suspect - it's up to all of us to keep 
teaching it.

I'm personally THRILLED about the 40m progress!

Imagine almost no SSB ops impinging on the low end of 40!

Imagine no broadcasters from 7100-7200!  

Imagine working DX SSB without working split!  (not that it bothers me 
that much)
