[CW] Bad things

I don't know if Mr. Sumner is very happy about this - I asked him about this
when I saw him last Wednesday 9 July 2002 - but he avoided the subject and
only talked about 40 meters - telling me how difficult it was to get a clear
band for amateurs.  I think he is much prouder of the 40 meter success.
