[CW] I LOVE my "Retarded Method"!

Greetings Coded Word Folks,
I find that my choice of sending device is dependent on what else I am doing
at the time. I.e.; if I am working on the test bench, I prefer the
Vibroplex, it's
a presentation. If I am also on another band on AM mode then I prefer the
straight key as it leaves me free to handle the transmit/ receive functions
between groups of letters, and if I happen to also be running RTTY I tend
to prefer the keyboard as I am already sitting in one position, and it is
only
a short reach to get to the alternate keyboard. I try to keep the speeds
below
60 wpm on everything except the straight key which is usually around 45 wpm.

Copying is of course done in the head, no place to put paper and pencil in
most operating positions.

Know Code, and without CW it's just CB!
