[CW] Anyone have data on the old Curtis keyer chip?

I have a beautifully crafted keyer made from the Curtis 8044
keyer chip. It has started to malfunction in that the Weight function
when enabled, latches the output.

Is there any datasheets, or pointers to same that might help me 
debug this nice HB keyer?
