That piece has been on al7fs' website for a while now. It was written by
KL7CC. I wrote a detailed commentary on it and sent a copy to KL7CC and the other
members of the "Gang of Four". W5YI's bounced but I got a nice reply from
KL7CC promising to read it. Nothing since.
My reply was posted to usenet and I could post it here, but it's so long I
hesitate to do so. I can email it to anyone who wants to see my comments.
I think they have a few good ideas and some very bad ideas.
