You are right, Pedro. Making CW a chore, filled with useless rituals takes
the fun out of operating.  No wonder the young crowd doesn't want to get
involved. Operating  is supposed to be a pleasure, but all of these
"demands" just turn people off. Then they go to phone, where the procedures
are as you wish them, with your group.

I don't  personally care if we use AR, SK or any other prosign, just as long
as we understand each other and have fun chatting.
