Better still, try the "myway.com" free web based e-mail service.  There are 
no pop-ups or annoying flickering banners.  I have both Hotmail and Yahoo 
accounts.  I started getting SPAM as soon as I opened my Yahoo account, 
BEFORE I HAD EVER EVEN USED IT.  I have had my myway.com account for about a 
year.  I rarely use it, but I have never received a spam message on it.  
Like my real ISP email address, I don't use it on BB's or reflectors, to 
keep it out of reach of the spambots.
