[CW] CW Mill

I am interested in a CW mill. A "Green Key" capitals only typewriter for 
typing from CW copy. Can anyone who has one of these or who ever used 
one, tell me how the keyboard is set up? What characters is it possible 
to type, besides A-Z and 1-0? Where are the other characters located on 
the keyboard? I presume that the letters and numerals are located just 
like a regular QWERTY keyboard, is that so? Is there a shift key to get 
to punctuation or other characters, or no shift key at all? I would like 
to find or make a program to run on my PC that would make the keyboard 
act like a CW mill.
