Dear CW,

The ARRL BOD minutes are posted on the web as announced in QST.  I believe
the announcement was in that same article.

You will find the minutes of the BOD and also the Executive Sessions
published there.

This includes the Second Meeting of the ARRL BOD on July 18-19, 2003.
