While doing some research of past issues of QST I noticed in the September
issue of 2002 on page 43 of an article titled "The 2002 Second Meeting of
the Board of Directors" you will notice By-Laws 33 which was amended and it
Officially removes the requirement to publish the Board's meeting Minutes in
QST.

Consequently they didnt say if the minutes will be on the web but i find
this highly unlikely. Look for more coverups in the near future.
