Guillermo Alba LU5DG a GACW member is helping Martin VE3OAT with the
IARU monitoring systems, because since many years the differents RCA
intruders watchers didn�t send any report to IARU.
We have many problems with local and PY TAXI companies in 12 m band and with
PY base stations in 10m.
7000 KHz is normally used by ZP, CP and some LU fishing ships.
It seem to us that several IARU Monitoring members are doing a fine job, but
many of the national societies are doing nothing to stop the intruders. As I
know the PY LABRE didn�t answer the VE3OAT claims like our RCA didn�t anwer
ours.
We think that no intruder-watch program could seriously control interference
on amateur bands without the involvement of CW operators.

We are giving our support and web site to Mart�n VE3OAT to spread the Region
