Friends:

The Directors and Section managers are being flooded with anti-CW e-mails,
leaving the impression that their constituents overwhelmingly want rid of
the CW requirement for all classes of license.

They need to hear more from us!

We need to tell them to insist that CW testing should remain a license
requirement - whether you think that means all licenses, or just General and
Extra or whatever - TELL your ARRL Directors!

Get your comments ready for when (if) the FCC makes the NCVEC petition
available for public comment (which I expect will happen soon), but it is
time to write the ARRL N-O-W!!!

Even if you are not an ARRL member, WRITE ANYWAY.  Maybe they'll get the
picture that to increase ARRL membership, they need to listen to the
mainstream and not the radical "pro-dumbing down" crowd.

They need to hear our voices: Those of the mainstream, skilled, and
techically-minded Amateur Radio community; and not the anti-CW,
special-interest machine that is mass e-mailing them already.
