[CW] ARRL stand on CW testing?

         AND YOU NEVER WILL.!
they will never tell you how they stand. they have to wait for Dave and 
Wayne and Jim to tell them how they vote and how they stand on each issue.
Lets just Vote ALL of them out and put in people who might have guts enough 
to stand and look you in the eye and tell you how they feel even if it is 
NOT the way you want to hear it.
