Hello All, What is the relationship between VEC, VEC's, VE, FCC, ARRL and W5YI? Are VEC's part of ARRL and accountable to the ARRL or are they more connected and accountable to the FCC? What is the connection between this W5YI and VEC and/or FCC and/or ARRL? Can't figure it out! 73 Rein, PA0ZN
