[CW] homebrew CW rig: digital scope okay?

I'm considering homebrewing a CW rig.  QRP for now, maybe add an amp later.
I have access to a 100 MHz digital scope (Tek TDS-220) and before I get too
far ahead of myself, is there any reason why such a scope wouldn't be usable
in the development/testing of a 7 MHz RF device?  Is there some reason you
might be better off with an analog scope for RF design? (sorry if this isn't
the appropriate forum).
