Not so fast! What do you do when an obstinate group of
guys ragchew on 1823 LSB (in the middle of ARRL and IARU Bandplans
for CW) for over 15 years? You finally collect enough evidence that
Riley finally does something (and thank God for him!) after previous
years of inaction by the FCC. In a perfect world "Band plans relieve
the government from the burden of enforcing what are essentially
internal matters" but unfortunately it isn't a perfect world! Take a
look at Riley's letters to W5TZ, KT5S and WA4TWM here:

http://www.arrl.org/news/enforcement_logs/2001/0922.html

and tell me how this "relieves the government from enforcing". It
never would have happened if a Narrowband sub-band was in place on
160 like it is for every other HF band!

If you love the AM CB'ers on 10 meter CW, you'll really love
the 75 meter gang on 3505!
