   6 or 10 years ago I saw a photo and story [in Florida Skip magazine] of two friends, HAM's 
that copied 99 something and 98 something wpm at the Miami HAMfest, both using Apple IIC's 
using the Dorvak optional input mode, and printed, the grinning two were each holding their 
printed copy by one corner.  (as I remember 5 perfect minutes, possibly just one minute)

  The speed test was certified according to the article.  (I don't believe much that I read!)
