[CW] Prosigns & Phillips Abbreviations

Isn't VA commonly referred to as SK nowadays??  No disrespect intended, just 
want to make sure that I get my prosigns down correctly.

Does anyone have a full listing of the Phillips abbreviations??  If so, 
would you please be so kind as to share it with us novices??

The ending signal "VA" (didididahdidah) is actually a corruption of the
American Morse for the number "30" (didididahdit daaaah). "30" is a Phillips
abbreviation for "end of work".
