[CW] Modulated CW Circuits?

Hi folks,

I think this is my first post to this list.

Mike n9jiy wrote an article about a keyer for MCW in the last issue of the 
Keynote, FISTS Newsletter.  I use a straight key so am not interested in the 
keyer but am interested in Modulated CW.

Can anyone point me to a website or other resource for a circuit(s) I can 
plug into my 2 M HTs and run MCW?  I did a websearch and didn't find anything 
but that probably reflects my search skills, not reality! (Mike doesn't have 
an e-mail address publicized as far as I know so couldn't contact him 
directly that way.)
