  I hate to think of not being able to operate CW, but time and arthritis take their toll.

  If the fingers can't operate a keyer, MFJ and others make keyboard to rig keyer adapters,
if you can't type I suppose you could put a pencil in your mouth, assuming your neck isn't 
just as bad.  I have a friend that does very well with his.
