here is a HAM software called MixW URL:

It is mixed because can decode a lot of digital modes. CW (Continuous
Wave) is the morse mode and works rather well with machine like morse
transmission (not with straight key but electronic key). A notebook
with at least 120 MHz Pentium under 32 bit Windows can easily run MixW.
You can download and try the software freely. The program is written by an
Ukrainan radio amateur. There is a morse decoder even portable but it can
hardly work better than MixW, I think. Try it.
