They used to say that it took a real man to use a Bunnell sideswiper.  That
is because they are so darned stiff.  You can make inquiry of John Myers
(W9OK) about his findings when he tried a Bunnell swiper.  You can email him
at [email protected]  but what he'll tell you is that he bought it 'on
approval' and found it to be unsatisfactory for him to use because of the
stiffness.  I'm sure there are Bunnell aficionados here who will blast me
for saying this, though.

You'd be happier making your own, I'll bet.  Look at the message I just
posted about ways you might do that.

Hope to hear you on a 'Cootie' soon.  You'll be happy in the long run if you
learn to use it as Jerry Bartachek describes!
