Not sure about Ameco, but the two following were in print:

Sams "Marine Radiotelegraph Operator License Handbook" by Edward Noll.

Hayden "Radiotelegraph Operator's License Q&A Manual" by Milton Kaufman.

I doubt either are currently in publication, but they are excellent
references.  I have both but don't wish to part with them!
