[CW] High speed sending...

I don't see how keyboard sending could deserve any merit or pride, unless
the sender is impaired and it's hard to figure out how he/she could be when
the keyboard requires the use of more than just two fingers. I just don't
understand how some can get any fun and much less any pride
out of keyboard/computer CW operation.
