Me too, I ragchew usually at about 45-50 wpm with a Kent dual-lever and
found it really easy. Once the key is adjusted it�s really easy to achieve
those speeds, keep contacts as close as possible and tight  the paddles a
little  bit and you will be done. I think I will achieve 60 wpm soon with
this key....

For reception improvement try to run some cw decoder (yeah I know.... we are
cheating at this point hi..) while mental copying, you�ll find yourself
copying faster in some weeks... I�ve reached 55-60 wpm mental copy this
way...  and hope to get 70 before 2003 (quite hard by now).
