[CVRC] CVRC.net Site Will be Retired New Years Eve

After over a decade of service, the www.cvrc.net web site will be 
retired on New Years Eve.  It has become a haven for malware and the 
cost of maintaining it in the face of malicious software has finally 
outweighed its value.

This reflector, cvrc at mailman.qth.net, is also a tremendously 
underutilized resource and will be closing in a few weeks.
