Don,

Gay Budd called me to let me know that his father Richard Budd W7RWB passed
away today.  Gary asked that it be placed on the SIERA reflector.  Gary also
indicated
If there were going to be services, he will get the information to post on
the reflector.  Richard was a member of SIERA for many years.  Thanks Don.
