...High wind watch in effect from Sunday morning through Sunday
evening...

The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a high wind
watch...which is in effect from Sunday morning through Sunday
evening.

* Timing: strong winds may affect the Reno...Carson City...Minden
   area Sunday morning through Sunday evening.

* Winds: southwest to west winds of 20 to 35 mph with gusts 45 to
   60 mph are possible. Winds gusts over 60 mph may occur in wind
   prone areas.

* Impacts: strong winds will impact travel along Highway 395...and
   may damage trees and fences. Loose outdoor objects such as patio
   furniture should be secured or brought indoors.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high wind watch means there is potential for strong damaging
winds to affect the area.  Continue to monitor the latest
forecasts at weather.Gov/Reno.
