[CVRC] FEMA ICS Course Cram

EMCOMMWEST will be holding an all-day classroom ICS "cram" on Friday, 
April 30, 2010, covering all four introductory FEMA ICS 
classes:  ICS-100-200 IS-700-800.  The courses will be held in 
conjunction with EMCOMMWEST 2010 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno.

Pre-registration will be required and more information is available 
on http://emcommwest.org.  Please spread the word as this will be a 
unique opportunity for the EMCOMM community to come up to speed on 
the FEMA ICS protocols.
