[CVRC] Kid's Day and Field Day in Portola CA Help Request

Dear Gary,

The Feather River RV is sponsoring both Kids Day and Field Day.
We had one hundred kids here today for their graduation swim and play
day. The Teachers and parents accompanying them were highly receptive
to Kid's Day. They are copying our flyers and sending home with the
kids. We will probably get 20 or 30+ Portola kids here. WE need help
desperately. Can you ask some hams to bring their rigs up here on June
21 for Kid's Day? We also would like to set up to make CW contacts and
possibly get permission to use repeaters in Reno area. See page 62 of
June 2008 QST.
Thanks for any help; I may have gotten us "over my head".
