...Wind Advisory in effect from 11 PM this evening to 6 PM PDT
Wednesday...

The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Wind Advisory...
which is in effect from 11 PM this evening to 6 PM PDT Wednesday.

South to southwest winds are expected to increase to 15 to 30 mph
with gusts to 45 mph late this evening and continue overnight.
Gusts to 60 mph are possible in typical wind prone areas. Winds
may diminish somewhat from late this evening to early morning
Wednesday in some non-wind prone areas but should pick up again
Wednesday morning.

On Wednesday...winds gusts to 55 mph are expected as a cold front
moves through the area.

Motorists...especially in high profile vehicles...should use
caution and remain alert for sudden gusts or cross winds.  Check

for updates on this situation.
