[CVRC] SIERA General Meeting

May 17th is the last meeting prior to the Pony Express reride. Our guest
speakers are Steve and Carolyn Notterman. Steve is the President of the
Nevada Division of the Pony Express. Steve and Carolyn will tell us about
the history of the Pony Express from its start to the end. We will learn
what today's riders face as they travel day and night across the Nevada
terrain. 

Bruce N7CPP will follow the guest speakers with the communication plan for
the ride. The assignments will be finalized, and the handbooks given out.
The route across Nevada will be reviewed. This year we will be using VHF and
HF to pass the information to the hotline.
