[CVRC] Bob Vallio's Great Adventure!

Our own ARRL Pacific Division Director Bob Vallio W6RGG will be leading a 
multi-national team to one of the rarest DXCC entities, Scarborough Reef 
(BS7H).  Look for this extraordinary effort to be on the air sometime 
inlate April.

isolated this location is, which is basically a bunch of rocks sticking up
