[CVRC] Operation from the Railroad Museum in Carson City

There is a possibility of setting up a "Field Day" at the Nevada State
Railroad Museum (Carson City) over the Labor Day weekend (1,2, or all 3
days).  Labor Day is Monday, September 3.  The operation could be set up
in the original Wabuska depot or out in the Ted Gibson Park.  There is
also the possibility of a mobile set up in a 1906 caboose.

The Museum staff has asked for an estimate of participants and preferred
operating days before granting permission.  The hours of operation would
be from 10:00 to 16:00 from the depot and the park would not have any time
restrictions.

Also any ELMERS in the Carson area to look the site over to see if there
is enough area to set up antennas keeping in mind that there will be lots
of small children running around (and seasoned children too). The depot
will be locked at night but there is no night security.
