A Wind Advisory remains in effect from 10 am this morning to
10 PM PST this evening.

Southwest to west winds will increase this morning with windy
conditions this afternoon and evening. Sustained speeds of 15 to
30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are expected. Gusts up to 60 mph
are possible in wind prone areas along Highway 395 and Interstate
80. Gusts over the Sierra ridges may reach 100 mph.
