I recommend chainlink fence top-rail which comes in 21' and 24' lengths and
can be stacked two high for 42' - 48' pushup poles. Of course, they can be
cut shorter. Cost is from under a $1/ft to around $2/ft for the larger 2"+
diameters. The rail comes in thick and thin wall and fencing companies
carry a nice selection of heavy metal clamps and brackets excellent for
assisting in guying. Check Artistic Fence on Hwy 50/Deer Run road East of
Carson City, if nothing local to you. You can also use galvanized rigid
electrical conduit which comes in diameters to several inches. I can send a
photo of a 21' rotatable 10m dipole I built using this material for ideas.
