[CVRC] Modification of Kenwood HT to transmit on additional bands

I doubt anyone will do it, as it is illegal to transmit on those bands with
a radio built for Amateur service.

Is there anyone in the Tahoe/CC/Reno area who will modify a Kenwood HT
(TH-F6) to transmit on additional bands?  Specifically MURS 150 MHz and GMRS
465 MHz.
