The Wind Advisory is now in effect until 4 am PST Thursday. The
high wind watch is no longer in effect.

Southwest winds of 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph are expected
to continue through tonight. Gusts may exceed 55 mph in isolated
wind prone areas such as the foothills and Washoe Valley.

A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph will be
common. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially
for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
