Subject: EmComm Honor Roll Certificate

Anyone who has completed all three EmComm courses are entitled to an "EmComm
Honor Roll certificate".  It's free, but you need to send me your name,
callsign, and current address.  (Please send the email to cce at arrl.org with
"free certificate" in the subject line.)

Students who have completed all three courses will also be given a special
web code which will discount a technical course (of your choice) by $20.00.
