[CVRC] Where to get antenna/coax

 I just got a technician license in NJ where I live, but am
spending time at our family cabin in Homewood on the West shore of
Tahoe.
   I want to put up an antenna and have a couple of questions:

Is there any place in Reno or the Tahoe area where I can get
amateur supplies?
Or Sacramento where I go to visit my son.
Is there much traffic on 440?
If so, should I get a dual band (2 m. - 440) antenna or separate
antennas for each band?
