[CVRC] potential DCART callup

Hi all!

Douglas county has requested that we be ready to staff the Douglas 
county EOC. While there is no callup yet, we should be prepared 
starting at 3PM today (Sunday). The modified callup tree is not yet 
in place, so the old system will be used. In the meantime, please 
monitor 147.27+, 123PL for updates.

The storm, apparently a "pineapple express" is expected to push warm 
air and subtropical moisture into our area. Heavy rain and high 
elevation snow is anticipated in our area through Tuesday morning.

I'll post more information here and announce it on 147.27 as it 
becomes available.

Also, I'll have a statement about the current conditions on the DCART 
net, 6:30PM on Monday.
