A slow moving cold front over Oregon will slowly move south on

western Nevada on Sunday and Monday. Rain and high elevation snow
will occur as the front passes..with temperatures dropping rapidly
after the frontal passage. Snow levels could fall as low as 5000 feet

On Sunday the strongest winds will affect northern Washoe County.
By Sunday night and Monday these winds will move south into the
Reno-Carson City area and along Interstate 80 and Highway 50...and
reach Mineral County late Monday afternoon.
Gusty winds will create difficult driving conditions over western
