Winter Weather Advisory
329 am PST sun Jan 9 2005

...WINTER STORM WARNING remains in effect until 4 am PST Tuesday...

Snow showers will continue through early Tuesday morning. Snow
accumulations today through Monday will be 4 to 8 inches on the
valley floors with over a foot above 5000 feet. Heavy snow will
redevelop Monday night into Tuesday. Occasional breaks in the
snowfall will be accompanied by strong wind gusts of 50 mph
or more...especially in wind prone areas. Blowing and drifting snow
will reduce visibility to near zero at times with significant
drifting of snow. Monday night into Tuesday morning...additional snow
accumulations of 4 to 8 inches are likely below 5000 feet...with
another 8 to 16 inches above 5000 feet.
