...Wind Advisory in effect from 4 am Thursday to 2 PM PDT Thursday...

The National Weather Service in Reno NV has issued a Wind Advisory.

South to southwest winds will increase to between 20 and 35 mph with
gusts up to 50 mph by early Thursday morning and continue through the
early afternoon. Wind prone areas along the Highway 395 corridor
between Reno and Minden may receive local gusts near 60 mph by late
Thursday morning. Areas of blowing dust may reduce visibility to less
than 2 miles at times in portions of west central Nevada...mainly
near the Carson Sink.
